Terms and Conditions

1. General

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as the “customer” or “you”) with QueerWall (hereinafter referred to as “QueerWall”, “us” or “we”), at QueerWall.com.

When placing an order and/or using QueerWall.com, the customer agree to be bound by the terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).

The Terms and Conditions may be subject to changes in the future. The latest version of the Terms and Conditions is always available on our website. However, the version of the Terms and Conditions applicable to your purchase will be those on our website at the time you purchased products from us.

We can only enter into purchase agreements with persons having legal capacity being 18 years or older and who are not under guardianship.

All intellectual property rights, such as copyrights and trademarks at QueerWall.com remain with QueerWall or its licensors. Any use of content on QueerWall.com, other than for your personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the prior consent of QueerWall.

The Terms and Conditions should be read along with our Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy which describe how we process your personal data.

2. Prices and Order process

The prices on QueerWall.com include the statutory VAT. We offer free shipping.

If for any reason QueerWall is unable to fulfill your order, we will inform you at our earliest convenience. If QueerWall has received payment from you for such cancelled order, we will refund the amount using the same payment method used to make the payment.

After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation via email. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation with details of your order in a separate email.

3. Production and Delivery

Production of your order begins once we have received your payment.

You are obliged to provide QueerWall with a valid and correct delivery address. QueerWall dispatches orders in the order in which they are placed. After an order has been placed and confirmed, QueerWall aims to deliver the order within 1-5 business days to a delivery address in Sweden and 2-10 business days to a delivery address outside of Sweden. Please note that delivery time may be slightly longer during holidays.

During the check-out process, you will be informed about the delivery details. After your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation by email (if you have provided us with your email address) that includes your expected delivery details.

If a delivered parcel is not collected by you, we reserve the right to charge you a fee covering all delivery charges, including any additional penalty and processing fees.

We will send a confirmation email when your poster has been shipped. The customer always has the right to cancel the purchase in the event of long-term delivery delays.

4. Payment

Credit card or Debit card

QueerWall accept valid credit and debit cards Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We may also accept other payment methods which can be set out on sapphicstudio.com from time to time. You will be charged with the applicable amount once the products are dispatched from our warehouse. Prior to the charge, the amount will immediately be reserved on your card when the order is placed. Wallbaby reserves the right to perform a validity check of the used credit or debit card. As a result of these checks, Wallbaby may refuse orders.

We also offer payments via our partners Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Please see our current available payment options at check-out along with the terms and conditions of each payment service provider. 

All invoicing is handled by Klarna. For questions regarding your invoice, please contact Klarna. Contact information can be found at www.klarna.com.

5. Returns and Claims

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt (excluding shipping costs) if you change your mind. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping is at your own expense and risk. Please contact hello@queerwall.com before returning and include your order number and contact information.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist you. We offer replacement products but not full refunds. If you do not wish to receive a replacement, you can initiate a return or contact us for alternative solutions. Please photograph both the package and the damaged product and send these with relevant information to hello@queerwall.com.

Refunds for approved returns will be made within 14 days of receiving the product and will be processed to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

6. Quality and Warranty

We strive to provide the highest quality products. If you discover a defect or issue with your poster, please contact us directly at hello@queerwall.com, and we will send a replacement.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We value your privacy and process all personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. By placing an order, you agree that we store and use your personal data to fulfil your order.

To become a customer or place an order with us, we need to collect personal data. Some examples of why we collect personal data include:

  • To process your order
  • To provide customer support via email
  • To manage damaged products
  • To send order confirmations
  • To send invoices
  • To send newsletters to those who wish to receive them
  • To improve our services

The data we store is to allow you to register and/or make purchases in our webshop. Personal data we store includes:

Customers: First name, Last name, Email, Address, Postal Code, City, Country, Phone Number.

Orders: IP address, First name, Last name, Email, Address, Postal Code, City, Country, Phone Number.

We offer payment solutions via Klarna, which has its own terms and policies that you agree to when choosing their payment service, along with accepting our purchase terms. The information is stored to fulfil the agreement between us and you as a customer.

Purchases are also stored in our business system Fortnox, which must be stored for 7 years according to accounting laws. Stored data includes:

  • First name and Last name
  • Invoice address (Address, Postal Code, City)
  • Delivery address (Address, Postal Code, City)
  • Date
  • Order number
  • Ordered items and prices
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Order confirmation and delivery confirmation

We send an order confirmation via email to confirm when an order is placed. If you accidentally enter incorrect information, such as the delivery address or invoice address, we can easily correct this if you contact us directly.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Any changes will be published on our website. By continuing to use our website after changes have been made, you agree to the updated terms.
