INTRODUCTION

These terms apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as "the customer" or "you") with QueerWall (hereinafter referred to as "QueerWall.com", "us", or "we"). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

To order from the Site, you must be at least 18 years of age. QueerWall.com reserves the right to refuse or modify orders in individual cases. All content on the site is protected and intended for personal use only.

2. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices on QueerWall.com are stated in the currency selected at checkout and include applicable taxes (such as VAT) where required by law.

Payment: We offer several secure payment options at checkout. Please note that available payment methods (such as Klarna) may vary depending on your country.
Cancellations: If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund using the same payment method.
Transparency: Any additional taxes, customs duties, or fees applicable to your specific region will be displayed at checkout or handled according to your local regulations.

3. DELIVERY

We ship globally to bring queer art to the nearest pick-up location or doorstep, depending on the size of package.

Estimated Delivery: Standard delivery time is normally 3–10 business days, depending on your location. During peak seasons or major campaigns, delivery may take slightly longer.
Processing: We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 1–5 business days.
Confirmation: You will receive an e-mail confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way. If your delivery is significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@queerwall.com.
Address Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct delivery address. QueerWall.com is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information or failure to collect a package.

4. RETURNS AND SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order (excluding shipping costs).

How to proceed: To initiate a return, contact us at hello@queerwall.com within 30 days of receipt with your order number and contact details.
Our Hassle-Free Solution: To support the environment and save you expensive international return shipping costs, we often offer a full refund if you choose to donate the poster to a friend or a local community center instead. Always contact us first to find the best solution.
Physical Returns: If a physical return is required, the item must be in its original, unused condition and packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense and risk.
Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
Exceptions: Please note that customized or personalized posters are exempt from the return policy and cannot be returned.

5. COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS

If your product is damaged upon delivery or if you have received the incorrect item, contact us at hello@queerwall.com within 7 days of receipt.

Documentation: Attach clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging, along with your order number.
Resolution: Upon approval, we will send a replacement product at no extra cost.

6. PRODUCT IMAGES

We strive for 100% accuracy in our product images. However, please note that colors may vary slightly depending on your device’s screen settings and calibration.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by Swedish substantive law, in accordance with our business registration. We always aim to resolve disputes directly with our customers through our support team.

EU Customers: You may also submit claims via the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/odr.
Swedish Residents: Claims can be submitted to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
