OUR POSTERS
What is a custom poster?
A custom poster is a personalised poster where you as a customer can add information such as names, dates, locations and more to make it uniquely yours.
SapphicStudio offers unique and stylish posters for newly in love, newly engaged, newly married and future couples, for various milestones and big, important days in life.
Can I preview my custom print?
If you would like to receive a preview before your poster is being printed, you need to select "Preview" above the purchase button on the selected poster's product page.
We will get back to your email address with a digital preview and await confirmation.
It's also important that you double-check that all the information you have entered is correct before making the purchase.
Are frames included with your posters?
No, unfortunately we do not offer frames for our posters.
How does the production of your posters affect the environment?
We genuinely care about the environment, which is why our posters are printed on FSC-certified paper from responsible forestry. With local production and delivery, we also reduce the environmental impact of transportation.
FCS - "Forest Stewardship Council" is a source label for wood, which guarantees that the forest is replanted.

My order was incorrect when ordering, what should I do?
No worries, we'll help you correct the error before printing. Contact us directly via our contact page.
Can I make changes to my order after purchase?
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to your order after the purchase has been completed, nor can we add or remove products.
However, if your order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will assist you.
Can I cancel my order?
We always offer a 30-day right of withdrawal. This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying us within 30 days of you or your representative receiving the ordered goods (the withdrawal period).
We can always cancel your order before it is printed. Contact us immediately and we will help you with this.
I haven't received any order confirmation.
If you have placed an order but have not received an order confirmation, it may have ended up in your spam folder. Please check if it is there firstly.
It could also be because the wrong email address was entered. Contact us by clicking here and we will assist you.
If the order seems to not have gone through, please contact us before placing a new order to avoid double order.

We always aim to deliver your order as fast as possible. Please note that delivery to rural addresses can result in a longer delivery time. Delivery times may be a little longer during public holidays.

RETURNS
How to return my order?
We offer a 30-day return policy from receipt (excluding shipping costs) if you regret your purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping is at your own expense and risk.

SapphicStudio is a poster company founded in Malmö in 2024 by me, Amelia - a graphic designer and illustrator with a strong passion for inclusive queer art in all its forms.

- SYMBOLISATION - For each carefully designed poster, I've created a diverse range of name and date boards that symbolise queer love and diversity.
- REPRESENTATION - One of my main focus is to actively highlight and represent queer love in every house and home, no matter who you are or who you love. I always strive to ensure everyone can see themselves reflected in my posters.
